Your wedding day is special and unique and we want your wedding photographs to be just as unique. That is why at Summerill Photography we discuss your wedding day details and your photography expectations. Together we will decide how much time will be needed to create your memories which will last a life time. By using your photo credit, you create a custom photo package to meet your needs and wants.

Security Deposit: A deposit of one third the contract amount is required to secure your wedding date on our calendar. 50% of the balance is due 90 days prior to the wedding. The final balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding day.

TURNAROUND/ORDERING: Your wedding images will be ready to view online in apx. 3 weeks after the wedding day. Rather than tie you down to specific packages, we allow you to customize your order to your liking. Using your photo credit (as specified in "Our Plans"), you choose images & sizes to create your own unique package. Parents, relatives, & special friends will also have the opportunity to order their favorite images from our password protected web site. In just two to six weeks you'll have your completed collection of wedding images, custom designed for you.

 

CREDITS: Each plan states its own print credit. This is the credit amount you have available to spend on photos, enhancements, collages, & retouching.

FEES: The following fees are considered "optional"; they do not apply towards your photo credit and are billed "in-addition" to your minimum order.

OVERTIME - If you choose to retain our services past the committed time, there is a $65 /30min charge, with max overtime of 60mins.

 

"SPLIT FORMALS" - For many reasons we highly recommend that all formal photography be done before the ceremony. If formal photography is to be "split" (some before the ceremony &/or after), we charge a $90 fee. "Split Formals" are not an option with the 3 hour basic plan.

MILEAGE - After an initial 70 miles, you may be billed at 1.50/mile. We will also bill for reimbursement of ferry, toll charges, etc. if applicable. Under the 3 hour plan only, a $35 fee will be charged for travel from ceremony site to reception site if applicable.

POSTAGE - Reimbursement of postage may be added to your final bill, if applicable. (Optional).

ALBUMS/FRAMES/FOLIOS - Albums are sold at our cost, and completely optional. Therefore we sell albums, frames, & folios after your minimum print order has been met. Album prices do not include photographs.

DVD SLIDE SHOWS - Available, after your minimum contracted purchase. The cost is $7.00 per image, for a basic slide show. Premium slide shows available at a higher rate. There is a 25 image minimum. Additional exact copies available at 50% off.
